is a social business that, through an ecosystem of inclusive actions focused on themes of diversity and their intersectionalities, aims to generate social and cultural transformation in Brazilian schools and companies.

Our purpose is to guarantee access to quality education which inclusive and equitable, generating social transformation and enabling the full exercise of rights for all people, leaving no one behind.
Our Timeline
João, son of our founders, was born. João was a child with multiple disabilities who changed the way his family looked at society.
João was enrolled in regular education, but schools began to question his ability to learn, due to his disabilities.
Carolina, one of our founders, started looking for alternatives. She discovered several innovative and inclusive schools around the world and specialized in Managing Differences and Inclusive Practices.
Turma do Jiló was founded. JILÓ was the nickname of João, son of our founder Carolina, who inspired her to change the world.
We created the Turma do Jiló Inclusive Education Program (PEI) to operate in public schools. Through the PEI, we reduced school dropout rates in schools* in the municipality of Santana de Parnaíba from 37.5% to 0.5%.

We developed Turma do Jiló's proprietary methodology: a 360 methodology that is based on the precepts of inclusive education and covers the entire community.
We received the UBS Social Entrepreneur Brazil Visionaris Award and have been recognized by the City of São Paulo with the Municipal Human Rights Seal since 2018.
We received certificate A from the DOAR Management and Transparency Standard (since 2018).
We became signatories of UN Brazil Network Global Pact, and part of the Human Rights Council.
We started to serve large national and international companies and private schools, using the profits to take our project to public schools!
We are technical advisors for Empowering Refugees at UN Women/UNHCR, working with groups of women from Venezuela in refugee situation with disabilities, chronic illnesses or other diverse groups.
We co-founded the Brazilian Coalition for Inclusive Education, a network of civil society entities in human rights, people with disabilities, children and adolescents and education, which fights for the right to inclusive education in Brazil.
We received the Management and Trust Seal from the VOA-AMBEV Program.
As part of the Brazilian Coalition for Inclusive Education, we acted as amicus curiae in ADI n. 6590 against Decree no. 10,502/20, which established the new National Special Education Policy, and we participated in a Public Hearing on the subject.
We were finalists for the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award and won in the Reader's Choice category with the highest number of fundraising.
We won the Rise and Raise Others Award from UN Women (USA) in the Reducing Inequalities category
