ASSESSMENT OF SITUATION AND CULTURE
Mapping the culture of the entire school community and identifying the main barriers: architectural, communication, pedagogical, attitudinal, urbanistic, digital. We assess the school as a whole regarding the inclusion of diversity

CONSULTING FOR THE PRODUCTION OF IEP
According to the LBI (Brazilian Inclusion Law), education is a constitutional right of people with
disabilities
Therefore, educational institutions must educate and achieve the maximum development of
learners. It is the duty of the school community to adopt appropriate pedagogical practices designed
to reach the individual’s full potential, including the family and therapeutic team in the methods and
discussions. This is the purpose of the IEP (Individualized Education Plan). Packages available for 4, 6, and 8 hours per week.

SCHOOL INCLUSION HUB
BUILDING AND/OR TRAINING
A multidisciplinary unit within the organization that works cross-functionally on issues related to the
inclusion of diversity. It is also the area that coordinates the support for students with special
education needs. The Hub is created based on a strategic survey in various areas of the school and
utilizes the existing school team, which is trained through on-site training.

CONSULTING AND/OR EVALUATION OF DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION PROJECTS
Evaluation of diversity and inclusion projects using a proprietary methodology . We support schools
in prioritizing/deciding on support for inclusion projects!

CONSULTING FOR MULTIRESOURCE ROOMS
The Multiresource Room is the place where specialized educational assistance is provided and includes a set of pedagogical activities and resources, as well as accessibility features, to preferably assist students with special education needs. We support schools in the construction of these crucialrooms!
Based on technical visits to the pre-selected environment for the AEE Room (Atendimento
Educacional Especializado - Specialized Educational Assistance) and interviews with those
responsible and users of the space, develop an architectural project and a list of pedagogical
suggestions.

COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
We develop various communication strategies based on the presented issue and tailored to the school’s reality. We support schools in building inclusive communication!

Through public tender in 2021 (No. 6065.2021/0000320-6; No. 6065.2021/0000358-3; No. 6065.2021/0000424-5), we conducted online training on violence against people with disabilities, counseling, and strengthening of support networks, as well as professional inclusion of people with
disabilities. Target audience: employees of the Municipality of São Paulo, individuals working in public services in the city of São Paulo, people with disabilities, family members of people with disabilities, and professionals in the fields of human resources, diversity, security, and occupational
medicine.

JOTA AND CHICO
Creation of a 100% inclusive children’s book. “Jota and Chico” features sign language translation for the deaf, audio narration for the blind, augmented reality, and music, enabling greater interaction for children with intellectual disabilities.
