EMPOWERING REFUGEE WOMEN
Since 2020, we have been working with UNHCR and UN Women as technical advisors for the diversity classes of the Empowering Refugee Women project. This program focuses on placing women in refugee situations from Venezuela into the workforce. The Diversity classes in this program cater to women with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and/or special needs, as well as those aged 50 and above, and LGBTQIAP+ individuals from shelters in the city of Boa Vista (RR).

In partnership with artist Rafael Mantesso, we developed an inclusive and accessible booklet to raise awareness about autism. Check out more information here.
We also carry out lectures and training for managers and other employees in the HR area, on the inclusion of diversity and management of differences and recruitment of people with disabilities and other diversity audiences.

We conducted the Employee Diversity Markers Update and a Diversity Census, both online and inperson through Todos Juntos census-takers. .
