Eduardo Horta
He has over 20 years of experience in the communication and marketing
areas. He also has experience as an Account and Planning executive having
worked in large communication groups, such as Propeg, Fischer, and WPP,
and also as a manager in the marketing and commercial areas of Arena Corinthians.
Thais Torritani
She holds a BA in International Relations with a focus on Marketing and
Business, and a graduation in Business Administration. Executive with
experience in the Commercial area of Consumer Goods. Currently, a service
purchasing manager.
José Luiz Ramos Resende
José Luiz is an engineer who worked for 10 years in large Brazilian banks.
Today, he is a CFO in a logistics company.

Carolina Videira
She is a Social Entrepreneur and Consultant, working in the areas of
Education, Human Rights, and ESG/ASG. She is a researcher in Violence and
Prejudice at FEUSP, and holds a Master’s in Behavioral Neuroscience from
UNIFESP, a graduate certificate in Management of Differences and Inclusive
Practices and also in Behavioral Neuroscience from the Singularidades
Institute. She is Certified by Fundação Dom Cabral in the Counselor Training
Program. She is also a member of the UN-Brazil Human Rights Council. She
is the President of Grupo TJ and the Coordinator of graduate Studies in
Diversity Inclusion at Instituto Singularidades. She has over 20 years of
diverse corporate experience in areas such as sustainable finance, diversity
and inclusion, compliance and corporate ethics, zero-emission,
communication, market and B3, contact with the public sector and various
class entities. She was the winner of the Social Entrepreneur of the Year
Award (2022) and the UN Women USA Rise and Raise Others Award (2022)
in the Reduction of Inequalities category! Mother of João ? and Maria.
Leonora Novaes
She is the co-CEO of Grupo TJ, specializing in Inclusive Practices and
Diversity Management from Instituto Singularidades, and a mechanical
engineer from the Polytechnic School (USP). With 17 years of experience in
the chemical industry in Brazil and abroad, she has built her career in social
responsibility projects and is a member of the Human Rights Council of the
Global Compact Brazil Network. Mother of Betina, Olivia, and Theo.
Eduarda Leão
She holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Minas
Gerais (UFMG) and a graduate Certificate in Construction and Project
Management from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Giovanna Rondon
She holds a BA in Education, and a Master’s in Educational Psychology. She
has over 11 years of classroom experience. Currently, an Educator and
Coordinator of the Youth Volunteering Project at Grupo TJ, in addition to
being involved in other projects related to diversity and inclusion.
Graziella Nese
She has a Bachelor’s in Education, and 12 years of classroom experience in
early childhood education and elementary school. She has been an educator
of Grupo TJ’s Youth Volunteering Project since 2019, working with young
people aged 10 to 17. In 2022, she took over the coordination project, being
responsible for communication and direct contact with parents.
Isadora Bernardo
She holds a BA in Marketing from Anhembi Morumbi University. She is
currently working at GrupoTJ as a commercial, general administrative, and
financial assistant. She is in the forefront of the “Lacre essa Ideia” (Seal this
Idea) project, dealing with direct communication with people.
Laura Schwantes
She holds a BA in marketing from Cásper Líbero College, and works on
projects focused on social responsibility (inclusion, diversity, and ESG). She
has experience leading volunteering projects since 2018 and has served as
art director at DigitalCO, a student association focused on pro-bono marketing
for small businesses. She’s a member of the NEXUS Global community. She
has been working at Turma do Jiló for 4 years, and now works as a Marketing
Coordinator, managing the communication team, creating and implementing
projects, strategic planning, and the production of accessible content.
Mara Prado
With a Background in Psychology, Education and Marketing, she has been
working with education since 1995 with a focus on early grades and
Elementary School 1. She has participated in various courses and training
programs focused on personality development and children learning. For
Mara, transforming lives through education with respect and affection changes
the world.
Marinalva Cruz
She holds a BA in Human Resources Management and a graduate certificate
in Public Management. She has over 20 years of experience in public and
private companies, where she developed projects and public policies focused
on accessibility, diversity, and social and professional inclusion of people with
disabilities and other minority groups.
Maria Pimenta
Maria, 24 years old, a psychologist focused on education. She has been part
of Grupo TJ for 3 years, and is currently an educator in the Youth Volunteering
Project.
Mariana Rezende
She holds a BS in Biomedicine at the University of Santo Amaro – UNISA,
and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration at the Instituto de
Ensino e Pesquisa INSPER. Currently working in the administrative-financial
area of Grupo TJ.
Nara Schenkel
Creative educator, public policy analyst for education, social innovator, and specialist in implementing and managing educational spaces and creative learning environments in school settings. Graduated in Image and Sound from UFSCar and holds a degree in Arts Education.
Natália Monaco
She is a professional with experience in Physical Education, Special
Education, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Public Policies. She holds a
Master’s and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, working on research and
development with multidisciplinary teams focusing on the ESG agenda. She
has experience in the elaboration, coordination, and execution of social
projects and/or diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as internal and
external training. Proficient in developing social indicators, and
complementary laboratorial, written scientific and educational academic
experience. Currently, she’s the Business Director at Grupo TJ.
Tassiana Lucena
She’s a public policy manager with a BA from USP. She has consolidated her
professional experience in the financial-administrative public sector. She has a
solid background in the public, private, and the third sector, being the later
where she has found purpose and motivation to dedicate herself to areas with
a social impact. She believes in the power people have, and that organized
groups are able to generate direct changes in the lives of excluded groups or
minorities marginalized by the state. She values inclusive education as the
main mechanism for transformation and social mobility, fueling a better, more
just, and inclusive society. She is accustomed to dealing with the
bureaucracies which systematize practices for the better implementation of
actions, and she ensures the financial sustainability of the institution’s
initiatives. Mother of Miguel. Currently, she is the Financial Manager at Grupo
TJ.
Samara Cazzoli y Goya
Samara is a geologist from UNESP, with a master’s and doctorate in Sciences
from the Oceanographic Institute of USP. She has a specialization in Inclusive
Practices and Diversity Management from Instituto Singularidades. Samara
has attended some courses such as Inclusive Education at Foco Formação
and DUA at Instituto Singularidades. She has experience as a professor and
works as an educator at Grupo TJ in various training programs, and does
consulting work in Inclusive Education. She is currently pursuing a graduate
degree in Autism and Adolescence at CBI Of Miami. She is the mother of
Laura.
Sheila Pinheiro
She’s a journalism student, and passionate about communication. She is
Currently working as a social media intern, producing content in texts and
videos for Grupo TJ’s network.
Juliana Mitkiewicz
She is a professor in undergraduate, graduate, and executive education at
Insper. She is the coordinator of the Women and Territory Hubs at the
Arq.Future Cities Laboratory at Insper. She has worked in more than 10
countries with social entrepreneurship. Juliana was a researcher and facilitator
at MIT D-Lab, where she worked on projects related to social innovation, new
economies, and gender equity in Nicaragua, Ethiopia, Uganda, Mongolia,
Colombia, Timor-Leste, and Brazil. She is a senior doctorate student in
Sustainable Energy Systems through the MIT Portugal Program. Juliana is an
activist in gender equity and social inclusion dialogue and loves learning from
people.
Tatiana Sayegh
Tatiana Sayegh, coordenadora do Projeto de Voluntariado Jovem do Grupo TJ. Pedagoga formada na USP e psicóloga clínica formada na FMU, há mais de 15 anos atuando no mercado de trabalho com crianças e adolescentes. Cursando pós graduação em Fundamentos da Psicologia Analítica do instituto SBPA. Formada no curso de extensão de Bullying, Preconceito e Educação Inclusiva do Instituto Singularidades.
